Use of the B2C INR BIT Multi Services-:

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before registering on, accessing, browsing, downloading or using the B2C INR BIT website located at B2C.INRBIT.COM, and all associated sites linked to B2C INR BIT, or the B2C INR BITmobile application.or the B2C INR BITmobile application or any similar platform (having its registered office at B2C INR BIT Multi Services -- Lucknow Uttar Pradesh, India and/or any of its affiliates on any device and/or before availing any services offered by B2C INR BIT on the B2C INR BIT Platform mobile recharge or bill payment semi-closed wallet service provide B2C INR BIT (hereinafter individually, and collectively, the B2C INR BIT Services).For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that these terms and conditions shall apply to all B2C INR BIT Services, whether offered by B2C INR BIT Multi Services or its affiliates.

Agree to following rules:-
1. By registering on, accessing, browsing, downloading or using the B2C INR BIT Platform for any general purpose or for the specific purpose of availing any B2C INR BIT Service, You agree to be bound by the single-sign terms and conditions set forth below as well as by the service-specific terms and conditions applicable to each B2C INR BIT Service (hereinafter collectively, the T&Cs). You automatically and immediately agree to all the T&Cs. If at any time You do not accept or agree with any of the T&Cs or do not wish to be bound by the T&Cs, You may not access, browse or use the B2C INR BIT Platform and immediately terminate Your availing the B2C INR BIT Services. Accepting or agreeing to the T&Cs will constitute a legal contract between You, being at least 18 years of age and an individual user of the B2C INR BIT Platform or a customer or beneficiary of the B2C INR BIT Services. All services are rendered by B2C INR BIT through the B2C INR BIT Platform under the brand name "INRBIT" (or any derivatives or variations thereof).Consequently, all the rights, benefits, liabilities and obligations under the T&Cs shall, as the case may be, accrue to the benefit of, or incurred by, B2C INR BIT, regarding Your use of B2C INR BIT digital services. (Which includes postpaid recharge, prepaid recharge, bill Payment Money transfer).

Conditions of Services:-
1. The Terms specified herein restrict the use of this "Site" by minors and those who do not have capacity to enter into a valid commercial contract.
2. If you are less than 18 years and you wish to contract you are required to contract through your parents or legal guardian.
3. You are required to provide accurate and correct personal information while registering to use the services rendered by B2C INR BIT and You agree to keep it up-to-date.
4. We have the right to verify the Information provided by You in reasonable circumstances if required.
Protection of Personal Information:-
1. All aspects related to the collection of personal information from You, at the time of registering with B2C INR BIT, shall be according to the “Privacy Policy” of B2C INR BIT which shall be read as a part of this Agreement.
2. B2C INR BIT respects your privacy and assures You that the information collected from You will be used only to provide You our services.
3. Such personal information shall not be made available to any third party.

Eligibility - :
1. The User needs to be of 18 years or above to be using the services of the 'site'. In case any user below 18 years registers to the 'site', his or her registration would stand as void. "User" represents and warrants that he/she has the right, authority, and hereby accepts that he or she is of legal age to accept and abide by the terms and conditions of use of the 'site’. And that while using the site, The "User" shall not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent identity, age or affiliation with any person or entity. The "Site" may terminate the account of such a visitor, delete the content posted by him/ her, prohibit access to the 'site ‘or to any of its related services for any reason without citing or stating any reasons as and when needed and without limitation.

Registration:-
1. The Registration form to be filled by the 'user 'for registration to the 'site' needs to be filled as accurately as possible to the best of knowledge of the user. The responsibility of maintaining the security of the password and id lie with the user and is directly liable for any action/ use of the 'site' from his/ her account. It is the duty of the user to immediately notify the site if their account is being used without authorization.
3. The user agrees to update the user account details as and when prompted by the site and in time to time in case of any change in any registration detail provided by the user on the 'site'.
4. The 'site' has full right to terminate any user account without stating any reason and without any notice.

Use of The Recharge Facility-:
1. B2C INR BIT provides Recharge of Prepaid, Postpaid Phones, Money Transfer, DTH Recharge (India) for commercial use. The user in using this facility agrees to the following Terms.
  1. The User is solely responsible for entering the correct information ( phone number, recharge value, etc.)
  2. B2C INR BIT is not responsible for faulty connection on the side of the user while using the Payment Option
2. In case the user has paid and not received the recharge amount, the user will have to submit complete transaction details along with contact details to customer support at B2C INR BIT. The matter will be resolved after cross checking with the concerned service provider vendor after which refund, if any, will be made to the users account. This process may take 10 days or longer depending on the response from the vendor.B2C INR BIT will not be liable for late action in such a case.
  1. B2C INR BIT will not refund any money once a sale has taken place.
  2. The user hereby agrees that by using the facility of online recharge from B2C INR BIT, the user has agreed to pay out of will any extra charges on account of online service/ sale of online recharge.

Proprietary Rights:-
1. All the Content on the Site whether text, graphics, pictures, video etc. their selection and arrangement are the proprietary property of the site, its Users or its licensors with all rights reserved. Any use of the Site or the Site Content other than as specifically authorized herein, without the prior written permission, is strictly prohibited and will terminate the registration granted herein.

Exclusions in Online Payment Facility-:
1. We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
2. We shall not in any way be liable for any delay, disruption or defects in the Online Payment Facility. You acknowledge that you assume all the risks involved in using our Online Payment Facility and we shall not be in any way liable for any damage, loss, expense or detriment caused (directly or indirectly) by a defect in our Online Payment Facility.

Use of B2C INR BIT Platform-
1. You understand that except for information, products or services clearly indicated as being supplied by B2C INR BIT, we do not operate, control, or endorse any information, products or services on the Internet in anyway. You also understand that B2C INR BIT cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that files available for download through the B2C INR BIT Platform will be free of viruses, worms or other code that may be damaging. You are responsible for implementing procedures to satisfy Your particular requirements of Internet security and for accuracy of data input and output.

Termination; Agreement Violations-:
1. You agree that B2C INR BIT, in its sole discretion, for any or no reason, and without penalty, may suspend or terminate Your account (or any part thereof) or Your use of the B2C INR BIT Services/B2C INR BIT Platform and remove and discard on the B2C INR BIT Platform all or any part of Your account, Your user profile, or Your recipient profile,B2C INR BIT may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing access to the B2C INR BIT Services, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of Your access to the B2C INR BIT Services/B2C INR BIT Platform or any account You may have or portion thereof may be effected without prior notice, and You agree that B2C INR BIT will not be liable to You or any third party for any such termination or interruption. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. These remedies are in addition to any other remedies B2C INR BIT may have at law or in equity. Upon termination for any reason, You agree to immediately stop using the Payment2all Services/B2C INR BIT Platform.
Notice
1. B2C INR BIT may provide You with notices and communications by e-mail,calling and SMS, regular mail or postings on the B2C INR BIT Platform or by any other reasonable means. Except as otherwise set forth herein, notice to B2C INR BIT must be sent by courier or registered mail to B2C INR BIT Multi Services. -- Lucknow Uttar Pradesh, India.

Copyrights and Trademark Information:-
1. The Site's name is the property of their respective holders. The trademarks and logos may not be used in any manner without the expressed approval of all or any content featured in the site. The logos, banners and the like are trademarks of the Site. Without Site's permission, the user agrees not to display or use these in any manner.
2. Site respects the intellectual property of others. The Site expects the user to do the same. If the user believes that his/her intellectual property rights have been violated please inform Site authorities immediately and provide the following information:
  1. A description of the copyright that user or owner claim has been infringed.
  2. A description where the material is located on the site.
  3. Complete name, address, telephone number and email address of the owner of the copyrighted material.
  4. Signature, sent electronically or physically, of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction :-

This Agreement and its interpretation hereunder and all suits and special proceedings hereunder shall be construed in accordance with the applicable Indian laws and any dispute arising shall be governed by the same. The District Courts in Lucknow,Uttar Pradesh, India shall have jurisdiction to try and decide any matter arising out of and related to this Agreement. The Parties unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction of Lucknow District, Uttar Pradesh, India, for settlement of any dispute or enforcement if any right under this Agreement.

Disclaimer for donations:-
1. This site and the contents hereof are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied to the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law. The Site disclaims all warranties , express or implied , and conditions including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, title and non - infringement.
